Once again this year, Papaki celebrated Customer Service Week organized by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS). The first week of October was full of gifts and surprises for the Support team and offers for our customers who are always at the heart of all our actions.
This festive week we celebrated the importance of customer support, and Papaki participated in spreading the message of the power of cooperation and teamwork.

The weekly festive actions at Papaki started with the first call of the day to the support team. A surprise gift was waiting for the first customer who won a Web hosting plan for 1 year and a free domain registration.
Of course, we had prepared special discounts for all our customers and unique offers on our site on domains, Web hosting, and Website builder plans as a “thank you” gesture for their trust and preference all these years.
Games and surprises for our team
The week was dedicated to our customer support team, our people who stand by the side of our customers daily and do their best to provide solutions to every need.
So, we had a full festive agenda! The week started with the “Most Improved Agent” quiz that everyone participated in and continued with a tic crossword and the “Treasure Hunt” game. On Thursday, the game part of the week concluded with the “Find the Age” game, which may not have been too “difficult” for the team because we have known each other for many years but shared big smiles!
The week ended with a delicious lunch for the whole team and as every year we had gifts for the game winners.

Customer Service Week for us is not just a celebration, it’s an institution we look forward to participating in every year and a great reminder of all that we achieve together every day, thanks to the trust of our customers.
