“And the Oscar goes to…”! That’s how we felt as we heard our company’s name at the ceremony of the National Customer Support Awards 2015. Find out how our organisation won the first place in Customer Service, nationwide!
The Greek Institute of Customer Service organised for the 6th time in a row, the National Customer Support Awards. In the contest, any company can participate from small businesses to multinational corporations and from teams to self-employed professionals of any background. They all contest among equals and stand for the contest by filling in a questionnaire.
We took part in the competition as Enartia, the family brand of the companies Papaki and Tophost.gr, in the category “Small Business”. We received the questionnaire and rolled our sleeves up to get it done: we collaborated with the Customer Service teams and gathered numbers, statistics and clients’ feedback. We exlained our practices (how we constantly self-improve through lifelong learning programs), our strong points and corporate culture.
The companies competed in 11 different categories which cover the whole spectrum of Customer Service. Three contestants from each category qualify to the next stage where they are asked to present and analyse their practices in front of a committee. The acclaimed CS Awards are addressed to all companies including members and non members of the CS Institute. The winner is chosen through an objective procedure, by different committees for each category (academics and executives from different backgrounds and fields of interest).
The fact that we made it in the three finalists of our category filled our offices with joy! The friendly and personified customer support is what makes us distinguish from other companies of our field. Enartia’s mission is to provide the best user experience with innovative online services and a great customer support. It is also, to create a great working place where everyone is inspired and is living in well-being.
Filled with enthusiasm, we packed our bags and travelled to Athens for our presentation.
The one and only winner of each category is revealed at the award ceremony: the one with the best practices in Customer Service gets the award. In a beautiful ceremony at the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron), on Thursday 17 of December, we dressed up and waited with impatience to hear -or not- our organisation’s name. And that is how Enartia won the first prize for best Customer Service among small businesses in Greece.
We would like to thank, from the bottom of our heart, our customer service team that offers “extreme support” and makes more “Happy People Online”. And of course, all of you: by supporting us you brought this award to our organisation.
We engage for even better customer service and even more awards! Always with you by our side.
