The Migration Department of Papaki operates Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 (local Greek time) except for holidays.

Please make sure that all the above information is correct and precise. In any other case, Papaki is not responsible for the correct transfer of your website on our servers. Once you send the form, our Transfer Department will inform you about the transfer schedule and the process that is going to follow.

For the correct transfer of dynamic websites

The new server should have the same operating system (from Linux to Linux, from Windows to Windows) with the current, but not necessarily the same version (e.g. Windows 2005 to Windows 2008, from Ubuntu to CentOS).
Databases versions and languages scripts (php, .NET etc.) should be the same.
It is necessary that the developer of the website and Papaki’s technicians cooperate harmoniously and the developer will check and correct any issues that may come up during the transport.
